We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and support our Pilot Reporting and Forecasting department.   1. Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Pilot Reporting and Forecasting department.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to data tracking and reporting processes.
  3. Conduct research and gather information to support forecasting and decision-making.
  4. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  5. Attend department meetings and contribute ideas and feedback to improve operations.
  6. Assist in creating and updating reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
  7. Support the team in identifying and addressing any operational challenges or issues.
  8. Learn and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Take on additional responsibilities or projects as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
  11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and projects.
  12. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic while representing Delta Air Lines.
