- Communicate findings: Effectively communicate complex data analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities: Identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Project management: Lead projects to drive business decisions and ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Uphold company values: Represent Delta Air Lines in a professional and positive manner and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions and tasks.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Data Sets.
Proficient In Data Analysis Tools And Techniques Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Experience In Operations Or Supply Chain Management In The Airline Industry.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
