  1. Develop and implement the company's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the Second Line GRC team.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Monitor and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure GRC policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
  6. Lead and mentor team members to promote a culture of safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
  7. Analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the GRC program.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve the GRC program to ensure it meets evolving industry standards and best practices.
  9. Conduct training and workshops for employees on GRC principles and practices.
  10. Foster relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay updated on any changes or updates to regulations.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Second Line GRC team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Develop and manage the budget for the GRC program.
  13. Represent the company in industry events and conferences related to GRC.
  14. Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in the GRC field and incorporate them into the company's program.
  15. Adhere to company values and promote a positive work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Governance, Risk, And Compliance Management, Ideally In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements And Industry Best Practices, Including Faa Regulations And International Air Transport Association (Iata) Standards.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Grc Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Risk Assessments And Audits.
