
Manager, Retail Order

- Oversee the entire ordering and distribution process of all retail products for Delta Air Lines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions to ensure adequate stock is available at all times.
- Work closely with the finance department to create and manage budgets for retail product purchases.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase retail sales.
- Train and lead a team of retail order staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure all retail products meet quality and safety standards and comply with company policies.
- Monitor sales data and trends to make recommendations for product selection and pricing.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to retail orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
- Create and maintain reports and documentation related to retail orders and inventory.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure all employees do the same.
- Represent Delta Air Lines in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role
