Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Pilot With Delta Air Lines Or Another Major Commercial Airline.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Or Related Field.
Previous Experience In Training And Development, Preferably As A Flight Instructor Or Check Airman.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Pilots.
