The Financial Planning Metrics Performance Management team is seeking a self-motivated and action-oriented individual with proven analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will need to have the interest to become a subject matter expert on Delta’s divisions, particularly as it relates to financial performance management and the movement of expenses across various operating environments. As we build out this new business capability, the candidate will need to be comfortable with managing ambiguity while building new systems and processes, learning and leveraging complex data sources to create analyses, communicating insights, and driving progress.
