Manager– Employee Engagement, Flight Operations

Develops innovative strategic and tactical plans to address and action employee feedback garnered through employee engagement survey and other channels. Collaborates with leaders and employees to help promote an understanding of Delta's employee engagement initiatives and collaborates with pilot leaders on initiative development and implementation. Manages and enhances Flight Operations employee recognition programs, including performance recognition, service anniversaries and other employee career milestones. Participates in Flight Operations Employee Development Council (EDC) and furthers its work to develop Flight Operations people personally and professionally. Fosters cross-divisional relationships and collaborates on global employee engagement initiatives. Analyses data from feedback channels to identify employee experience opportunities and strengths. Assists in the preparation and delivery of leadership messages, presentations and/or speeches related to employee engagement.
