  1. Lead and manage a team of UX researchers to conduct thorough and impactful research on digital user experience.
  2. Develop and implement a research strategy to continuously improve the user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Use a variety of research methods, such as surveys, user testing, and analytics, to gather and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research to drive innovation and improve the overall user experience.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and align research objectives accordingly.
  7. Utilize data and insights to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement in the digital experience.
  8. Develop and present compelling reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital products and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of learning and development within the UX research team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research For Digital Products, Preferably In The Airline Or Travel Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux Researchers In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods, Including Usability Testing, Surveys, And Interviews.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, Such As Tableau Or Spss, To Communicate Research Findings And Insights To Cross-Functional Teams.
