- Lead and manage all contract negotiations for Delta Air Lines, ensuring the best terms and conditions for the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and legal teams, to facilitate smooth contract negotiations.
- Monitor and review all contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Interpret and communicate legal and regulatory requirements to ensure contracts are compliant.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline contract management.
- Analyze and evaluate contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts meet the needs of various departments and business units.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to contract management.
- Train and develop team members on contract negotiation and management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Contracts.
Proven Ability To Negotiate And Manage Complex Contracts With Vendors And Suppliers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
