Manager, Communications, Customer Experience
The Senior Manager, Communications, Customer Experience, is responsible for developing and driving the communications strategy that builds Delta's reputation as a leader in customer experience and innovation. Developing and delivering strategic communications counsel to support overall customer experience strategy, partner relationships, corporate announcements and brand activations. Managing programs and projects from concept to delivery that tell the airline's customer experience and innovation story internally and externally. Providing ongoing communications counsel for key customer experience executives, including identifying opportunities and providing support for media interviews, thought leadership opportunities and internal communications. Partnering collaboratively with media relations, employee communications, marketing communications and other communicators throughout the business to develop integrated communications approaches.
Experience managing people, agencies and budgets.
At least 5 years’ experience in corporate or agency communications
The ability to juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines as required
