Lead Software Development Engineer

Collaborates with and leads other product team members (UX, architects, and product management) to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions Writes custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, test cases, to do “destructive testing” to ensure adequate resiliency in production. Identifies unsecured code areas and implements fixes as they are discovered with or without tooling. Identifies, implements, and shares technical solutions that can be used across the portfolio. Identifies product enhancements to create a better experience for the end users. Research and/or investigate technical issues impacting the organization and recommend solutions. Provides application support for software running in production Proactively reviews the Performance and Capacity of all aspects of production: code, infrastructure, data, and message processing. Triages high priority issues and outages as they arise. This development leader role will be responsible for developing and implementing Java/J2EE applications and converting SOA service with APIs/Microservices.
