Job Description

Ensure operational and transactional services levels, internal controls, and external controls are met. Act as a change agent, initiating appropriate changes to support business growth, reduce operational costs, and/or improve service levels. Lead the transformation of Financial Document Management (FDM) systems to the AWS Cloud. Lead reskilling of team members to ensure a successful transition the new cloud tech stack. Work with cross-divisional teams and ensure effective collaboration across teams. Lead by example and demonstrate servant leadership. Display a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Demonstrates strong initiative to make things happen. Guide technologists to make sound decisions that support company priorities. Leadership of Development Team Members. Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps and API technologies

  • Must have proven track record of delivery on large programs

  • Airline industry experience is a plus

  • Knowledgeable of Industry initiatives like New Distribution Capability and One Order
