  1. Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on safety trends and best practices to inform decision-making and enhance safety protocols.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify potential safety hazards and risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Participate in safety training and drills to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  5. Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of safety data and reports for analysis and reference.
  7. Communicate safety information and updates to relevant stakeholders, including employees and customers.
  8. Support the investigation of safety incidents and accidents and assist in developing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  9. Attend meetings and contribute to discussions related to safety initiatives and improvements.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth, and apply acquired knowledge and skills to improve safety processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Occupational Health And Safety Regulations: A Candidate For The Intern, Corporate Safety Position Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Osha Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Other Relevant Safety Standards.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Safety Protocols And Procedures To Employees At All Levels Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Write Detailed Reports And Present Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Attention To Detail: Safety Is Of The Utmost Importance In The Aviation Industry, And The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify Potential Hazards And Risks.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Intern, Corporate Safety Will Be Responsible For Conducting Safety Audits And Investigations, And Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Root Causes And Recommend Solutions.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Safety Professionals And Departments Within The Organization To Promote A Culture Of Safety And Continuous Improvement. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And Take Initiative When Needed.
