  1. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures for the Airport Customer Service team in alignment with the company's overall HR strategy.
  2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for airport customer service positions, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  4. Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees on HR policies and procedures, as well as other relevant topics.
  5. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
  7. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continually improve and enhance the company's HR policies and practices.
  10. Represent the company's values and culture to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional image of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees And Customers

  • Experience In Managing And Resolving Employee Relations Issues And Providing Guidance On Hr Policies And Procedures.
