
Human Resources Manager, Airport Customer Service

- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures for the Airport Customer Service team in alignment with the company's overall HR strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for airport customer service positions, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees on HR policies and procedures, as well as other relevant topics.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continually improve and enhance the company's HR policies and practices.
- Represent the company's values and culture to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional image of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees And Customers
Experience In Managing And Resolving Employee Relations Issues And Providing Guidance On Hr Policies And Procedures.
