HR Portfolio and Employee Experience Specialist

Responsibilities include the development, administration, continual update, and execution management for the Employee experience (PX5), Vision, and additional strategic initiatives associated with this initiative. Report on portfolio of projects across Human Resources, and manage decisions based on progress. Provide logistical expertise for various programs including, but not limited to, monthly reporting, procedure development/ maintenance, and meeting logistics. Provide support management for vendor management as needed including Delta vendor system updates, change request tracking, invoice management. Support through the development and initiation of employee experience feedback collections via surveys, focus groups, and facilitated sessions. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processed and procedures.
