Job Description

The Ground Maintenance Technician position must utilize appropriate equipment and material to accomplish all routine and non-routine maintenance functions on specialized equipment and specialized parts of equipment. Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair, painting, bodywork, and other technical work as required on all Ground Support Equipment. Completes data entry to record work assignments and will communicate with other Company personnel as needed. Responsible for consistently practicing safety-conscious and environmentally conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • More than 6 months of experience and/or training in an automotive or industrial-powered mechanical environment a plus

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software products is preferred

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including fixed or rotating shifts, both indoors and outdoors

  • Must be able to work in a team environment and coordinate repairs with other GMTs and outside vendors.

  • Minimum of three years of documented Ground Support Equipment experience.
