
General Manager, Risk Management
Sponsor, advocate, and lead the Vendor Security Risk Management and the Second Line of Defense programs. Assist with continued implementation of NIST-CSF framework for risk identification, controls implementation, and KPI-KRI metrics programs. Execute Information Security risk assessments, both ongoing and ad hoc. Ensure risks are identified, assessed, quantified, appropriately mitigated, and managed. Identify top risks. Maintain a risk register. Prioritize risks, identify owners, and drive risk reduction efforts. Partner with the Governance Manager to deliver Risk reporting and metrics. Consult on compensating control options. Collaborate with Audit, Enterprise Risk, Supply Chain, Privacy, and Legal partners. Support the Information Technology team with internal Audits. Own and manage inherent and residual risk ratings and processes.
Experience conducting Information Security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in security
Minimum 10+ years of experience managing diverse teams
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adaptable to changing assignments
Working knowledge of the PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
