  1. Lead and manage the Agent Experiences team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Create and maintain a high-performing team culture by providing guidance, training, and support to agents.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the agent experiences.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for the Agent Experiences team.
  8. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to agents to drive their growth and development.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team and instill a sense of pride in delivering exceptional service.
  11. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  12. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of agents.
  13. Prepare and present reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality service.
  15. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where diversity is embraced and valued.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Airline Industry: A General Manager, Agent Experiences Should Have A Strong Background In The Airline Industry, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Various Roles Such As Customer Service, Operations, And Management.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Agents, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Them To Achieve Their Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Leader In The Company, The General Manager, Agent Experiences Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Employees, And Senior Management. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
