- Lead and manage the Agent Experiences team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.

- Develop and manage budgets for the Agent Experiences team.

- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team and instill a sense of pride in delivering exceptional service.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of agents.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality service.

Extensive Experience In The Airline Industry: A General Manager, Agent Experiences Should Have A Strong Background In The Airline Industry, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Various Roles Such As Customer Service, Operations, And Management.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Agents, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Them To Achieve Their Goals.
