  1. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  2. Review and assess operational processes and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new standards and procedures.
  4. Maintain a high level of safety and operational excellence.
  5. Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all relevant industry regulations and standards.

  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  10. Collaborate with external agencies and authorities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  11. Train and educate team members on compliance and standards procedures.
  12. Continuously improve operational processes and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.
  13. Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to compliance and standards.
  14. Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements to compliance and standards processes.
  15. Represent the company in meetings and discussions related to compliance and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Faa Regulations: The Fos Compliance And Standards Coordinator Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal Aviation Administration Regulations And Be Able To Apply Them To The Company's Operations.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail In Order To Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Standards. The Fos Coordinator Must Be Able To Spot Any Potential Issues And Address Them In A Timely Manner.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As The Liaison Between The Company And Regulatory Agencies, The Fos Coordinator Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Provide Updates On Compliance Matters.

  • Prior Experience In Flight Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Flight Operations And Procedures Is Essential For This Role. Previous Experience In A Flight Operations Support Role Or Similar Position Is Preferred.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Fos Coordinator May Be Required To Work Remotely Or On A Part-Time Basis, Therefore, They Must Be Able To Work Independently And Manage Their Time Effectively To Meet Deadlines And Ensure Compliance.
