- Coordinate and schedule acceptance flights for new Airbus aircraft into the Delta Air Lines fleet.
- Ensure all necessary preparations and documentation are completed for each acceptance flight.
- Communicate with various departments and external partners to ensure a smooth and timely acceptance process.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Operations team to track and report on the status of each acceptance flight.
- Monitor and track any issues or delays during the acceptance process and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all acceptance flights and related activities.
- Conduct post-flight reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize the acceptance process.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to aircraft acceptance and incorporate them into the acceptance process.
- Assist in coordinating training and onboarding for new team members joining the Flight Acceptance Scheduler team.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Fleet Operations Support department by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
Experience With Airbus Fleet: The Fos - Airbus Fleet, Flight Acceptance Scheduler Should Have Prior Experience Working With Airbus Aircrafts, Including Knowledge Of Their Technical Specifications, Operational Procedures, And Maintenance Requirements.
Strong Scheduling Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Scheduling Skills In Order To Effectively Coordinate And Manage The Acceptance Of New Airbus Aircrafts Into The Delta Air Lines Fleet. The Candidate Should Have Experience With Scheduling Software And Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Fos For The Airbus Fleet, It Is Essential To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aviation Regulations And Standards, Particularly Those Related To Aircraft Acceptance And Delivery. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Regulatory Bodies Such As The Faa And Easa.
Attention To Detail: The Fos - Airbus Fleet, Flight Acceptance Scheduler Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail In Order To Ensure That All Necessary Documentation And Processes Are Completed Accurately And On Time.
