  1. Ensure compliance of Delta Air Lines' fleet with all industry regulations and standards.
  2. Manage and maintain all compliance systems related to the fleet.
  3. Monitor and track all fleet-related compliance activities.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure fleet compliance.
  5. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in fleet compliance.

  17. Act as a subject matter expert on fleet compliance for internal and external stakeholders.
  18. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement corrective actions for any compliance issues.
  19. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to fleet compliance.
  20. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Fleet Management Or Compliance Systems Management, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Industry Best Practices For Fleet Compliance.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
