  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The Elite Services Ambassador At Lax Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Poise, And A Strong Commitment To Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Delta's Elite Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Delta's Elite Program: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Delta's Elite Program, Including The Benefits, Eligibility Criteria, And Rules And Regulations. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Assisting And Providing Personalized Services To Elite Customers.

  • Airport Operations Experience: Previous Experience In Airport Operations, Such As Working At A Ticket Counter Or Gate, Will Be Beneficial For This Role. It Will Provide The Candidate With A Better Understanding Of Airport Procedures And The Ability To Handle Various Situations That May Arise.

  • Multilingual Skills: Fluency In Multiple Languages, Especially Spanish, Mandarin, Or Japanese, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. The Elite Services Ambassador Will Be Interacting With Customers From Different Countries And Cultures, And The Ability To Communicate In Their Native Language Will Enhance The Customer Experience.

  • Flexibility And Availability: This Job Requires A Flexible Schedule And The Ability To Work Weekends, Holidays, And Irregular Hours. The Elite Services Ambassador Must Be Available To Work During Peak Travel Times And Be Willing To Adjust Their Schedule As Needed To Meet The Needs Of Delta's Elite Customers.
