  3. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and simulations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, and incorporate them into training programs as needed.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on flight operations and training procedures, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and efficient training process.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training progress and completion.
  8. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  9. Conduct periodic reviews and updates to training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed of best practices and trends in flight training.
  11. Foster a culture of safety and excellence, promoting Delta Air Lines' commitment to providing top-notch training to its pilots.
  12. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new flight training instructors.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Flight Training Experience: A Dps - Flight Training Procedures Instructor At Delta Air Lines Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Flight Instructor, With A Strong Background In Both Commercial And Private Aviation.

  • Faa Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid Faa Instructor Certificate With A Multi-Engine And Instrument Rating, As Well As A Current Class I Or Ii Medical Certificate.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Dps - Flight Training Procedures Instructor, The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Flight Procedures And Technical Concepts Is Essential. The Candidate Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Work With A Diverse Group Of Trainees.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Delta's Flight Operations: Delta Air Lines Has A Unique Set Of Flight Procedures And Operational Policies. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Procedures And Possess The Ability To Effectively Teach Them To New Pilots.
