  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for Delta's MRO business unit.

  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current and potential customers, industry organizations, and internal teams.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for MRO sales initiatives.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Delta's MRO capabilities and services to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
  8. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to secure new business and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the MRO business.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales Support And Market Development, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mro (Maintenance, Repair, And Operations) Sales Processes And Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Sales Plans And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
