- Develop and implement training programs for Delta Air Lines employees, utilizing industry best practices and company-specific procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, including new hires and experienced team members.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training, to effectively deliver training materials.
- Evaluate and assess employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve and excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in company policies and procedures to ensure that training materials are current and relevant.
- Provide guidance and support to non-exempt employees in their career development and advancement within the company.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development, including attendance, performance, and completion of required courses.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking guidance and information on aviation-related topics.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance training programs and materials to meet the evolving needs of the company and its employees.
Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Aviation, Education, Or Business.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Pilot Or Flight Instructor, Preferably With A Major Airline.
Strong Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Procedures, As Well As Delta Air Lines Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Engage Adult Learners.
Demonstrated Leadership And Teamwork Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Training And Developing Others.
