- Oversee all aspects of the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for Delta Air Lines fleet.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective MRO operations.
- Manage a team of technicians and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all MRO activities are aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and track MRO costs and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts and ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to MRO services, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MRO technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Represent Delta Air Lines in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all MRO activities and reports.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as a role model for providing exceptional customer service and upholding the company's values and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Management, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Motivating A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mro (Maintenance, Repair, And Overhaul) Processes And Procedures.
