  1. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of pilots for Delta Air Lines, ensuring adequate coverage for all flights.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pilot schedules, taking into account factors such as pilot availability, flight time limits, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Communicate with pilots and other relevant departments to ensure any changes or updates to schedules are properly communicated and executed.
  4. Monitor and proactively address any issues or conflicts that may arise in pilot scheduling, finding solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Crew Scheduling and Flight Operations, to ensure alignment and efficiency in scheduling processes.
  6. Keep track of pilot training requirements and ensure schedules are adjusted accordingly.
  7. Monitor and analyze data related to pilot scheduling to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in regards to pilot scheduling.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to pilots, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in pilot scheduling, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
