Coordinator – Employee Engagement, Flight Operations

Supports Flight Operations Employee Engagement team in developing and executing innovative methods to enhance employee engagement and experience. Engages with Flight Operations leaders and employees to help promote an understanding of Delta's engagement goals and collaborates with pilot leaders on initiative development and implementation. Interprets Flight-Operations-specific consumer insight and NPS data to identify areas of opportunity. Coordinates Flight Operations participation in Delta global employee and customer engagement events. Assists in event planning and implementation for employee engagement initiatives. Collaborates with Flight Operations Communications team to effectively communicate employee engagement and customer experience initiatives. Maintains a solid understanding of Flight Operations’ goals, objectives, and metrics and effectively communicates them to the division.
