Supports organizational change initiatives by developing, implementing and managing engagement strategies and campaigns to support behavior changes and adoption of strategic initiatives using digital as well as traditional channels. Creates communication and engagement campaigns and leverages internal social media channels to foster connections and collaboration. Manages and enhances company and Information Technology employee recognition programs, including performance recognition, service anniversaries and other employee career milestones. Fosters cross-divisional relationships and collaborates on global employee engagement initiatives. Assists in the preparation and delivery of leadership messages, presentations and/or speeches related to employee engagement. Maintains a solid understanding of Information Technology goals, objectives, and metrics and effectively communicates them to the division.
