  1. Conduct research and collect data on safety and risk management in the aviation industry.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of safety and risk management strategies and procedures.
  3. Participate in safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
  4. Collaborate with team members to analyze data and identify trends in safety and risk management.
  5. Create and maintain reports and documentation related to safety and risk management.
  6. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  7. Communicate safety and risk management policies and procedures to employees.
  8. Conduct safety training sessions for employees to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  9. Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for risk reduction.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of all safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety and risk management protocols are effectively implemented.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting safety and mitigating risk within the organization.
  15. Act as a role model for safety and risk management practices and behaviors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Occupational Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Safety Or Risk Management Role, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Faa, Osha, And Epa.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Potential Safety Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Safety Information To Management And Employees.
