- Assist in developing and implementing technology solutions to support flight operations processes and procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in flight operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of various departments within flight operations.
- Help maintain and update databases, systems, and tools used for flight operations support.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management on the progress of technology initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives for flight operations.
- Assist with project management tasks, including creating project plans, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving flight operations processes and technology.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aviation technology to make recommendations for improving operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from flight operations personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to flight operations, technology, and business strategy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold the values and standards of Delta Air Lines by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Flight Operations Or Airline Business Strategy.
Strong Understanding Of Technology And Its Application In The Aviation Industry.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills.
