- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience for pilot learners.
- Conduct research on best practices in pilot training and learning.
- Collaborate with team members to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of pilot training events and activities.
- Communicate with pilot learners to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in flight operations to ensure training materials and programs are up-to-date.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source training materials and resources.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on strategy and initiatives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline processes within the Flight Operations Learning department.
- Act as a mentor and resource for pilot learners, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working with flight operations equipment and materials.
Prior Flight Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience As A Pilot, Preferably With A Commercial Airline. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Flight Operations And The Ability To Handle Complex Situations.
Knowledge Of Faa Regulations: A Deep Understanding Of Faa Regulations And Procedures Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With All Applicable Rules And Regulations To Ensure Safe And Efficient Flight Operations.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Co-Op - Flight Operations, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Other Pilots, Air Traffic Controllers, And Ground Personnel. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effective And Safe Flight Operations.
Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Using Various Flight Management Systems And Navigation Tools. This Includes Knowledge Of Aircraft Systems, Weather Monitoring, And Flight Planning Software.
