1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience for pilot learners.
2. Conduct research on best practices in pilot training and learning.
3. Collaborate with team members to design and deliver effective training programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Create and maintain training materials and resources.
6. Assist in the planning and coordination of pilot training events and activities.
7. Communicate with pilot learners to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
