Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience Design Principles: A Candidate For A Cxd Co-Op At Delta Air Lines Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience Design Principles And Techniques. This Includes Knowledge Of User Research, Journey Mapping, Prototyping, And Testing.
Proficiency In Design Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma. This Will Allow Them To Create High-Quality Designs And Prototypes For Customer Experience Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Co-Op In The Cxd Team At Delta Air Lines, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams Including Designers, Product Managers, And Engineers.
