  1. Collaborate with the CXD team to design and implement projects that enhance the overall customer experience for Delta Air Lines.
  2. Conduct research and gather customer insights to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Utilize your creativity and innovative thinking to develop new ideas and solutions that elevate the customer experience.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  5. Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  6. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and present recommendations to the CXD team.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project designs and strategies.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Delta Air Lines, consistently representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges.
  10. Embrace a customer-centric mindset and use it to drive all decisions and actions within the CXD team.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience Design Principles: A Candidate For A Cxd Co-Op At Delta Air Lines Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience Design Principles And Techniques. This Includes Knowledge Of User Research, Journey Mapping, Prototyping, And Testing.

  • Proficiency In Design Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma. This Will Allow Them To Create High-Quality Designs And Prototypes For Customer Experience Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Co-Op In The Cxd Team At Delta Air Lines, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams Including Designers, Product Managers, And Engineers. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Ensure Smooth And Effective Teamwork.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Cxd Co-Op Should Also Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. This Will Enable Them To Identify Customer Pain Points And Come Up With Creative Solutions To Improve The Overall Customer Experience.

  • Passion For The Aviation Industry And Customer Service: Delta Air Lines Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And A Candidate For A Cxd Co-Op Should Share This Passion.
