  1. Develop strategic training plans: The Training Planning Analyst will be responsible for creating comprehensive training plans that align with the company's objectives and support the growth and development of the crew members.
  2. Analyze performance data: This role will require analyzing data related to crew member performance, training effectiveness, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Implement innovative solutions: The Training Planning Analyst will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative training solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our crew members, leading to improved performance and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This position will require working closely with various departments, including Crew Resources, Operations, and Training, to ensure training plans are aligned with business goals and effectively implemented.
  5. Monitor training compliance: The Training Planning Analyst will be responsible for tracking and monitoring crew member training compliance and taking necessary actions to ensure all crew members are up-to-date with required training.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: This role will require staying informed about industry trends and best practices in aviation training to continuously improve and enhance our training programs.
  7. Conduct training needs assessments: The Training Planning Analyst will be responsible for conducting regular training needs assessments to identify any gaps in the current training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop training materials: This position will require developing training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, to support the delivery of effective training programs.
  9. Evaluate training effectiveness: The Training Planning Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  10. Provide support and guidance: This role will involve providing support and guidance to crew members and trainers to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to successfully complete their training.
