Welcome to Delta Air Lines, one of the world's leading airlines! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Co-op in our Crew Resources department. As a member of the Crew Tracking and Operations Travel Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of airline operations, while also working closely with our crew members to support their travel needs.   1. Coordinate and manage the travel arrangements for our crew members, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
  2. Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations and policies regarding crew travel.
  3. Monitor and track crew schedules to identify any potential conflicts or issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with various departments, including crew scheduling and operations, to ensure accurate and timely travel arrangements for crew members.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to crew members, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all crew travel and expenses.
  7. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline crew travel operations and increase efficiency.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to crew travel and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Contribute to the overall success of the Crew Resources department by supporting team members and collaborating on projects.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of crew members during travel.
  11. Represent Delta Air Lines in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Airline Operations Or Crew Resources Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Airline Scheduling And Crew Tracking Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Coordinating With Crew Members And Other Departments Within The Airline.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Particularly Microsoft Excel And Crew Tracking Software.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Requirements For Crew Scheduling And Tracking.
