  1. Operate and maintain CNC industrial machines to produce high quality and precise components for aircrafts.
  2. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while operating machinery.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure proper functioning.
  4. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
  6. Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
  7. Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.
  11. Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  12. Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  13. Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  14. Train and mentor new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
  15. Keep accurate records of production and report any issues or concerns to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience Operating Cnc Machinery: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Operating Cnc Machinery, Preferably In An Industrial Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Machine Setup, Programming, And Troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity With Aerospace Industry Standards: Delta Air Lines Operates In The Aerospace Industry, So Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Faa Regulations.

  • Ability To Read Technical Drawings And Blueprints: The Cnc Industrial Machine Operator Will Be Responsible For Interpreting And Following Technical Drawings And Blueprints To Produce Precise Parts. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Strong Blueprint Reading Skills.

  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Cnc Machines Require A High Level Of Mechanical Knowledge And Troubleshooting Skills. Candidates Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Mechanical Issues.

  • Attention To Detail And Quality Control: Producing Parts For The Aerospace Industry Requires A High Level Of Precision And Attention To Detail. Candidates Should Have A Strong Focus On Quality Control And Be Able To Consistently Produce Accurate And High-Quality Parts.
