  1. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for the Crew department at Delta Air Lines.
  2. Understand and analyze business requirements to ensure software solutions meet the needs of flight crews and adhere to industry standards.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in a timely manner.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software development to continuously improve our solutions.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to gather requirements and provide status updates.
  7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  8. Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with other systems and applications.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and coding standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of software solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Including Experience With Java Or C++.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment.

  • Experience With Web Development Technologies, Such As Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Operations And/Or Experience In The Aviation Industry Is Preferred.
