  1. Design and develop software solutions for the Crew department that meet the needs of our crew members and align with Delta Air Lines' standards and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize development tasks.
  3. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code is delivered.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify and implement solutions to improve performance and functionality.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  7. Work closely with product owners and business analysts to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  8. Write and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
  9. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the appropriate parties as needed.
  11. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within set timelines and quality standards.
  12. Collaborate with other software engineers and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities to foster a culture of learning and growth.
  13. Adhere to Delta Air Lines' coding standards, security protocols, and development best practices.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Delta Air Lines' values and culture in all interactions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the Crew department's software development lifecycle.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field
