Responsible for the design, development, and preparation of end user analytics for Finance Transformation. Manage data visualization resources (Tableau) and help develop best in class dashboards for Finance and our business partners Work with the end users to capture action-oriented insights and help translate into visualization tools to best showcase those insights. Lead user requirement sessions to truly understand the business need and help orient the conversation towards insight driven solutions. Prepare presentations detailing analyses and recommendations to support leadership decision making across various business units. Develop long term strategy for proliferation of analytics and visualization capabilities throughout the organization and allow for a democratization of analytics within Finance. Create opportunities to challenge and develop team and establish and maintain relationships with peers across all operational divisions.
