Analyst, Reservations Centralized Hiring Team

Responsible for developing and maintaining executive level reporting of divisional hiring KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly). Develop customized analytical reports/dashboards, leveraging existing technology and resources to provide real time data available to various leaders throughout the enterprise based on role in the recruitment process. Partners closely with Res Centralized Hiring and Talent Acquisition teams to understand the objectives and timing of programs and business requirements, configuring, testing, and implementing the right solutions to deliver the best impact. Maintain, enhance and streamline new-hire reporting in order to track onboarding, attrition and exit interview results. Provides assistance, support and reconciliation of on-site and virtual hiring events. Also responsible for using data and specialist feedback to develop actionable insights that drive improvement in hiring processes.
