
Analyst, Domestic Pricing Strategy
Setting optimal pricing for Delta’s numerous upsell products – refundability, Basic Economy, Comfort+, First Class, Delta Premium Select – by continually reviewing and testing different price points. Working with the Sales Development and Distribution teams to create optimal discount and commissions programs for Delta’s corporate, agency, government, and online partners. Identifying themes and insights from data and engaging with the regional pricing teams to drive optimal customer segmentation and maximize revenue. Compiling results of a data study into a cohesive story through concise writing, oral communication, and PowerPoint presentations. Collaborating with external teams (Marketing, Loyalty, Network Planning, GPD, Inventory, Product, Sales, Distribution) to ensure alignment on market level strategies. Perform regular maintenance of Delta’s filed airfares utilizing automated tools to maintain consistency across the entity as fares change throughout the week. Provide pricing support to other revenue management groups and internal stakeholders.
