- Lead and manage the implementation of Workday HCM solutions for clients, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored Workday HCM solutions to meet their objectives.
- Utilize strong technical skills and deep understanding of HCM processes to design and configure Workday to meet clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Workday HCM solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Workday HCM and proactively recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption and usage of Workday HCM.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Workday HCM practice at Deloitte.
Experience With Workday Hcm: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm, Including Implementation, Configuration, And Maintenance.
Project Management Skills: As A Workday Hcm Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects, Making Sure They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential.
Technical Expertise: A Workday Hcm Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Workday, Including Integrations, Data Conversions, And Reporting. Experience With Workday Studio And Eibs Is Also Preferred.
Team Leadership: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing A Team, Including Delegating Tasks, Providing Guidance And Support, And Ensuring The Team's Overall Success.
