- Lead and manage the successful delivery of Workday HCM projects for clients.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and understanding of HCM processes to drive the implementation of Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and requirements to recommend and implement tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in HR technology, specifically within the Workday platform.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company and promote its values and services to clients and industry professionals.
- Travel to client sites as needed to support project implementation and client relationships.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the HR technology practice at Deloitte through thought leadership and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm, Including Implementation And Configuration.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, With A Focus On Talent Management, Recruiting, And Compensation.
Previous Experience Leading A Team Of Hr Professionals And Managing Client Relationships.
Workday Hcm Certification Preferred, Along With Knowledge Of Other Workday Modules Such As Recruiting, Performance Management, And Benefits.
