- Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM systems for clients.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on the best practices and capabilities of Workday HCM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
- Analyze client requirements and design and configure Workday HCM to meet their business needs.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of Workday HCM systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Workday HCM to ensure clients are utilizing the most current features and functionalities.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges during the implementation process and provide timely solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive future business opportunities.
- Proactively identify areas for business growth and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training activities within the firm to enhance overall capabilities in Workday HCM.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Implementing And Configuring Workday Hcm Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices.
Experience Leading And Managing Teams Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
Workday Hcm Certification Preferred.
