- Utilize expertise in Workday Financials to assist clients in optimizing their financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement Workday solutions for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and provide recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in Workday Financials technology.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions with clients to ensure successful adoption of Workday Financials.
- Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to Workday Financials reporting.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of client engagements.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Deloitte's Workday Financials practice through sharing of knowledge and experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in Workday Financials reporting.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and escalate them to project leadership as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Financials Reporting, Including Creating Custom Reports And Dashboards.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Procedures, As Well As Gaap And Other Accounting Principles.
Proficient In Sql And Other Data Querying Languages, With The Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Data Sets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Other Team Members In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
