Job Qualifications

  • Experience Implementing Workday Adaptive Planning For Multiple Clients: A Senior Consultant At Deloitte Should Have A Strong Background In Implementing Workday Adaptive Planning For Various Clients, Demonstrating Their Expertise And Ability To Successfully Deliver Projects.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes, As Well As How They Can Be Optimized And Improved Using Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency With Workday Adaptive Planning: A Senior Consultant Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Be Proficient In Using Workday Adaptive Planning, Including Creating Reports, Dashboards, And Complex Calculations.

  • Project Management Experience: Deloitte's Senior Consultants Are Expected To Lead And Manage Projects, Making Project Management Experience A Crucial Qualification For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively With Clients And Team Members.
