  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for sustainability, climate, and equity offerings within the federal market.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the federal sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the federal sector, including government agencies, departments, and contractors.
  4. Actively participate in the development and delivery of presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to effectively communicate the value of our sustainability, climate, and equity offerings.
  5. Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales plans.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics to leadership.
  7. Stay up-to-date on federal regulations and policies related to sustainability, climate action, and equity to effectively position our offerings and services.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  10. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the sales process.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of our competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies and differentiate our offerings.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive representation of the company in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales And Business Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Federal Sector. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Revenue Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.

Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, As Well As Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Strong Network Within The Federal Sector: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Well-Established Network Of Contacts Within The Federal Sector, Including Government Agencies, Departments, And Key Decision-Makers.
