  1. Configure and test advanced scheduling systems for projects related to workforce management.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues with scheduling systems.
  4. Develop and implement project plans for the successful delivery of workforce management projects.
  5. Coordinate with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for optimal scheduling solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Configuration & Testing.
  8. Provide top-notch client service by effectively communicating project updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce management and scheduling systems.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on advanced scheduling configuration and testing.
  11. Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks to project delivery.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
  14. Represent Deloitte in a professional and positive manner while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ukg Workforce Management (Wfm) Pro Advanced Scheduling Configuration And Testing Tools, Including Experience With Implementation And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workforce Management Principles And Best Practices, Including Scheduling, Forecasting, And Time And Attendance Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Wfm Projects, Including Experience In Project Management And Stakeholder Management.
