Deloitte is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in ensuring that Deloitte meets its obligations under U.S. laws and regulations related to anti-corruption, trade and political activity compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in law, business or related field and at least two years of experience in a compliance role. It is also preferred that the candidate has knowledge of, and experience with, U.S. anti-corruption, trade and political activity laws and regulations. The ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts and apply them in a practical context is a must. Ideal candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.We are looking for a team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is driven to continuously learn and develop their skills. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Deloitte meets its obligations under U.S. anti-corruption, trade and political activity laws and regulations.
- Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Quickly learn and understand new concepts and apply them in a practical context.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on compliance risks and issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and create educational materials for team members.
- Provide guidance and advice to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance.
