Job Description

Deloitte is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in ensuring that Deloitte meets its obligations under U.S. laws and regulations related to anti-corruption, trade and political activity compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in law, business or related field and at least two years of experience in a compliance role. It is also preferred that the candidate has knowledge of, and experience with, U.S. anti-corruption, trade and political activity laws and regulations. The ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts and apply them in a practical context is a must. Ideal candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.We are looking for a team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is driven to continuously learn and develop their skills. If you are an individual who is excited by the challenge of working in a highly regulated industry, then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that Deloitte meets its obligations under U.S. anti-corruption, trade and political activity laws and regulations.
  2. Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  3. Quickly learn and understand new concepts and apply them in a practical context.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and report on compliance risks and issues.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  7. Participate in training sessions and create educational materials for team members.
  8. Provide guidance and advice to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding compliance.
  9. Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations and requirements.
