U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance

Deloitte is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade/Political Activity Compliance professional. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Deloitte’s global compliance program across the U.S. and assisting the organization in creating a culture of compliance.We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and has a strong sense of ethics and integrity. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of anti-corruption and trade/political activity compliance laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as the ability to interpret and apply them to Deloitte’s business. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Deloitte’s U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade/Political Activity Compliance Program.
2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and identify areas for improvement.
3. Advise Deloitte stakeholders on applicable anti-corruption and trade/political activity laws, regulations, and guidelines.
4. Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Review and monitor Deloitte’s transactions for potential violations of anti-corruption and trade/political activity laws.
6. Investigate potential violations of anti-corruption and trade/political activity laws and take appropriate corrective action.
7. Educate Deloitte stakeholders on anti-corruption and trade/political activity compliance requirements.
8. Maintain records of compliance activities and monitor regulatory changes.
9. Report compliance issues to senior management and the Board of Directors.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to build a culture of compliance.
