
U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance
Deloitte is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade/Political Activity Compliance professional. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Deloitte’s global compliance program across the U.S. and assisting the organization in creating a culture of compliance.We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and has a strong sense of ethics and integrity. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of anti-corruption and trade/political activity compliance laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as the ability to interpret and apply them to Deloitte’s business. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Deloitte’s U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade/Political Activity Compliance Program.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and identify areas for improvement.
- Advise Deloitte stakeholders on applicable anti-corruption and trade/political activity laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and monitor Deloitte’s transactions for potential violations of anti-corruption and trade/political activity laws.
- Investigate potential violations of anti-corruption and trade/political activity laws and take appropriate corrective action.
- Educate Deloitte stakeholders on anti-corruption and trade/political activity compliance requirements.
- Maintain records of compliance activities and monitor regulatory changes.
- Report compliance issues to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to build a culture of compliance.
